If the property is occupied by a renter, I may need to give you a 24 hour notice and it can take a couple of hours to schedule the properties in a logical sequence to save our vacation time for actually vacationing - sometimes 24 hours awaiting other agent's return phone calls!

I know, you do not get an expense allowance from the real estate broker for such items as gas, meals, tools of the trade, nor do you get paid a salary for your time in the office or in your car with me.
