Southern belle, BettyJo, traces her American heritage all the way back to the 1700s and brings her southern charm into her one-of-a-kind gift shop in beautiful downtown Flagler Beach. Maybe that is why she carries such an extensive selection of southern history books?

One-of-a-kind gifts

Many of you know BettyJo Strickland through her most recent career in real estate. It was that career which helped her to discover her current (early 1900s) building. She found her store in a commercially zoned area and her imagination started to play with the idea.

With the help of Barbara Revels and Coquina Construction Company came the addition of the residential second floor and about another 1000 square feet of retail space.

While in college, BettyJo worked at one of the finer clothing stores nearby to get her retail career off to a good start. We are all sure her love of shopping might have had something to do with it also. The gift shop was inevitable!
